Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days after receiving your product(s), provided that the items are unopened and unused.

 

To request a return, please contact our customer support team through the contact details listed in the “Contact” section. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive return instructions, including a return reference number that must be included with your shipment so it can be linked to your order.

 

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure proof of delivery.

 

Once the returned product has been received and inspected in good condition, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

To return your order, please use the return label included inside the package. You can drop off the parcel at a PostNL service point.

If you did not receive a return label or no longer have it, please complete the Return Request Form via the link below. You will receive a new return label by email within 24 hours.

Please note:

If your order included a free product or accessory as part of a promotion, the free item must also be returned. Returns that do not include the promotional item cannot be processed.

Sphere machines are designed for long-term use. However, if your machine becomes defective during the warranty period, please refer to our Sphere Warranty Policy for further assistance.
